    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
    WB-Approx 17kDa band observed in Human Brain lysate. Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
    IHC-In paraffin embedded Mouse Brain shows staining of astrocytes. Recommended concentration: 2-4µg/ml.
    IF-FC-Flow cytometric analysis of K562 cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of CaCo-2 cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.
