Overview
- Specifically detects intact AAV2, AAV3 and Anc80 particles, both empty and full capsids. A20R recognizes a conformational epitope of assembled AA2, AAV3 and Anc80 capsids. This epitope is not present in denatured and native unassembled capsid proteins. Not for WB.
  The A20R antibody is used as capture and detection antibody in the AAV2 Titration ELISA 2.0R (PRAAV2R), the AAV3 Titration ELISA 2.0R (PRAAV3R) and the AAV2 Xpress ELISA (PRAAV2XP).
