XDive® 5-Minute Ultra-Fast Real-Time PCR Instrument

The XDive® 5-Minute Ultrafast qPCR System integrates a high-speed thermal cycling, ultrafast PCR reaction reagents, and real-time fluorescence data acquisition workflow. It can complete 40 cycles of qPCR reactions in less than 5 minutes while maintaining the sensitivity and dynamic range of traditional PCR instruments.
XDive® can perform up to 16 ultrafast reactions per experiment, providing moderate sample throughput and maximum operational flexibility. It uses proprietary heating blocks, sensors, and algorithms to achieve ultrafast heating rates and excellent temperature control accuracy. Its optical system consists of 4 fluorescence channels (expandable to 6), enabling detection through multiplex real-time PCR analysis in minutes.

Advantages:
• XDive® offers users a choice between an ultrafast temperature control mode and a standard temperature control mode. The former can complete approximately 40 cycles of qPCR detection in about 5 minutes without loss of sensitivity.
• XDive® supports 4 fluorescence channels (expandable to 6 fluorescence channels), supports 1-16 reaction tubes per amplification, and can simultaneously detect up to 64 targets.
• XDive®'s efficient hardware and software system and matching ultra-fast quantitative PCR reagents ensure that XDive® performs identically to conventional quantitative PCR instruments in terms of sensitivity, uniformity, repeatability, and dynamic range.
• Supports integration with the XPrep™ extraction and reagent preparation module, enabling automated analysis from sample to result, with manual operation steps taking less than 1 minute. Fully automated sample-to-result analysis can be performed on up to 16 samples within 15 minutes.
• XDive® uses dedicated ultra-fast capillary PCR tubes with matching sample loading and centrifugation devices (Xpinner™). PCR reaction system preparation is the same as for conventional quantitative PCR. 6. XDive®'s control software is easy to use, featuring instrument control, PCR thermal cycling parameter setting, data collection, analysis, and reporting functions.
