Xtractor™ is a compact, fully automated nucleic acid extraction system optimized for both ultra-fast and conventional magnetic bead methods. It can efficiently process 1-32 respiratory samples within 5 minutes, extracting DNA/RNA with sensitivity and purity comparable to traditional methods. When used with the XDive® 5-minute ultra-fast quantitative PCR system, it can complete ultra-fast fluorescence PCR detection of up to 32 samples within 12 minutes (from sampling to results), maximizing throughput and efficiency. Xtractor™ utilizes a rapid and sensitive mechanical movement module for ultra-fast movement and mixing control, completing the extraction and purification steps of heating lysis, adsorption, washing, elution, and DNA/RNA recovery in minutes. The device is compact, easy to operate, portable, intelligent, and offers flexible throughput (supporting 1 to 16 individually pre-loaded reagent strips, or processing up to 32 samples using a 96-well deep plate), making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
