        • T4 DNA Polymerase catalyzes DNA synthesis along the 5'-3' direction in the presence of templates and primers. T4 DNA Polymerase has 3'→5' exonuclease activity, but not 5'→3' exonuclease activity. Compared with T4 DNA Polymerase, UCF.ME® T4 DNA Polymerase has lower host residues and is suitable for application scenarios with stricter requirements on background bacteria, such as pathogenic microorganism detection.
