      • Overview
        • The TruSphere™ Platform is a hydrogel-based 3D tissue culture microwell array system, available either as a standalone insert (TruSphere™ Insert) or in a culture plate-compatible format that fits into 6-, 12-, or 24-well plates (TruSphere™ Plate), enabling the generation of uniform, size-controlled spheroids and organoids. Our unique design enables the creation of multiple spheroids from a single pipette cell seeding. This platform is perfectly suited to various types of assays and standard laboratory imaging equipment, making it suitable for a wide range of experiments. The open-well design also enables seamless transfer of spheroids to well plates for drug testing or additional test conditions.

          Format: 6/12/24-well plate.

          TruSphere™ Platform Specifications:
          • Number of microwells per insert: 100-600
          • Microwell diameter at base: 300 μm, 500 μm, 700 μm
          • Spheroid/Organoid size range: 100 - 700 μm (depending on microwell size)

      • Applications
        • Application
          For Simple Multicellular Spheroid/Organoid Generation
          Application Description
          • Large-scale culture. Create uniform spheroids from a single pipetting step.
          • Disturbance-free solution exchanges that eliminate the possibility of aspirating spheroids.
          • Monosize spheroids for experimental consistency.
          • Directly embeddable in paraffin for in-situ IHC and H&E analysis - eliminates the need for manual manipulation.
