        • AQ® Tris Buffered Saline packs (TBS) are pouches of dry-blend powder that are each sufficient to make 500 mL. TBS is used in many biological applications and assays to maintain pH, dilute biological materials and as a wash solution for common immunostaining applications including western blotting, ELISA, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence.

          Easy to use: Simply empty contents of one foil envelope pack into a beaker, add ultrapure water and stir to dissolve. Once dissolved solution contains 25mM Tris, 150mM Sodium Chloride, pH ~ 7.4 +/- 0.2.
