Trastuzumab, also known as Herceptin, is a human monoclonal antibody that targets the HER2/c-neu receptor of the ErbB family of tyrosine kinase receptors. Recognized for its efficacy against HER2-positive cancers, Trastuzumab is widely used in the treatment of HER2-positive breast and gastric cancers—either as monotherapy in immunotherapy or in combination with conjugated targeted therapies such as ado-trastuzumab emtansine and trastuzumab Deruxtecan. It has been proven to be a promising biologic agent in cancer treatment.
Our Trastuzumab Biosimilar is a research-grade biologic equivalent of anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody, designed to support research involving Trastuzumab. The product mimics the efficacy and mechanism of action of the original Trastuzumab. It serves as a suitable alternative for anti-HER2 antibody research, effectively controlling HER2 overexpression by inhibiting cellular proliferation, replication, and downstream signaling pathways. This product is provided as 25 μg aliquots of lyophilized solid, ready to use after reconstitution with sterilized water.
