TissueReady™ - Room Temperature Tissue Preservation (Large Size)

TissueReady™ is designed for the encapsulation of small tissues and microtissues with your own medium at hypothermic temperature without cryopreservation or fixation.
Tissues are protected through immersion in our TissueReady™ formulation, with the added flexibility of gel reconstitution in the user’s own specialised medium. This enables tailored preservation conditions to suit specific tissue requirements, offering a customisable alternative to the ready-to-use TissueReady-PLUS.

The product is available in three different sizes depending on your sample size.
• Medium Kit:
Lower Limit: None; Upper Limit: ≤ 0.5cm x 0.5cm x 0.5cm
• Large Kit:
Lower Limit: > 0.5cm x 0.5cm x 0.5cm; Upper Limit: ≤ 3.0cm x 0.9cm x 0.9cm
• Extra Large Kit:
Lower Limit: > 3.0cm x 0.9cm x 0.9cm; Upper Limit: ≤ 4.0cm x 1.6cm x 1.6cm

Quick & easy to use
To encapsulate your sample, simply add the gel solution diluted with your medium of choice to a vial containing gelation beads. Immediately insert your sample and wait a few minutes for the gel to form. It is then ready for storage or shipment. To release, simply add a gentle dissolution buffer, wait a few minutes and your sample can be retrieved and is ready to use.
• Organoids & spheroids
Organoids or spheroids suspended in medium are mixed with a gel solution and then added to a vial containing gelation beads. After waiting for a few minutes, the gel will cure, encapsulating the cells in situ. The vial is sealed and ready for hypothermic storage or shipment. When ready to be used a gentle Dissolution Buffer is added to dissolve the gel. Organoids can be separated using your standard process before being placed in culture.
