T7 Low dsRNA and High Yield RNA Synthesis Kit, after the screening of T7 RNA Polymerase mutants and optimization of the transcription reaction system, the linear double-stranded DNA containing the T7 promoter sequence is used as the template, and NTPs are used as the substrate for transcribing the DNA sequences downstream of the promoter, which can obtain a large number of RNA products simply and quickly, while the dsRNA in the products is low. The kit is also capable of obtaining biotin-, dye-, or radiolabeled RNAs using modified nucleosides as substrates, and capped RNAs using cap structures or cap-like structures as substrates. The kit contains a selection of commonly used modified nucleosides, N1-Me-pUTP, for transcriptional needs.
Advantages
The kit is capable of transcribing 150-200μg of RNA product in one reaction and can be scaled up to produce milligrams of RNA.Please contact us at for specific academic pricing.
