        • ssRNA Cyclase is a thermostable ligase that Circular RNA Synthesis Kit catalyzes the ionic molecular junction (i.e., circularization) of single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) and single-stranded RNA (ssRNA) substrates. In the circularization reaction, the catalytic substrate single strand DNA/RNA is required to have a 5'-phosphate group and a 3'-OH group.
