Sprague dawley (SD) rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSC)

Rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, 0.5 cells per frozen tube*106. The bone marrow of Sprague Dawley (SD) rats taken from our library for 3-6 weeks was isolated and obtained by mechanical method in a sterile environment. SD rat mesenchymal stem cell complete culture medium (hereinafter referred to as MSC complete culture medium) was used for adherent culture, and passage amplification was conducted to the second generation (P2 generation) for frozen storage. Each batch passed the mycoplasma test in this library and the result was negative. This batch of cells has been tested to have the ability to differentiate into fat, osteogenesis, and cartilage. It is recommended to use cells before generation P5 for differentiation experiments.
