Cortical tissue from newborn Wistar rats born for 1-3 days was frozen in P3 generation (1) for basic research on the development, differentiation, and regeneration of the nervous system; (2) Study on the mechanism of upregulation of neuroprotective proteins by cerebral ischemic preconditioning; (3) Research on brain injury and pain; (4) Functional study of new proteins. This cell is sensitive to gap inhibition contact, and it is recommended to subculture at an overall cell density of 80%. Using a matching complete culture medium, cells can increase by up to 5 times.
