SepSphere™ Small Molecule Ketone Immobilization Kit

This personalized immobilization kit is designed for small molecule containing ketone or aldehyde functional group. The user supplies the small molecule ketone. Using the kit components, the customer immobilizes the small molecule onto SepSphere™ aminooxy agarose in one step following the standard protocol.

Some small molecules may contain other functional groups that can interfere with the reaction.
