  - rProtein A immunoprecipitation magnetic beads are nanomagnetic beads with a particle size of 200nm. A large amount of Protein A is covalently coupled to the surface of the nanomagnetic beads. The nanoscale magnetic beads provide a large specific surface area, have more binding sites, use less magnetic beads, and have a low non-specific adsorption rate. Recombinant Protein A is more suitable for binding mouse IgG2a, IgG2b, IgA, rabbit IgG, and human IgG1, IgG2 and IgG4.
