PARK7 Human Recombinant fused to an N-terminal 36 aa His-Tag, produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain (aa 1-189) containing 225 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 24 kDa. The PARK7 is a ubiquitously expressed protein involved in various cellular processes including spermatogenesis and fertilization, cancer, RNA-binding, androgen-receptor signaling and oxidative stress. Mutations in the PARK7 are the cause of autosomal recessive early-onset Parkinsons disease 7 (Park7).
