PAX9 Human Recombinant produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 364 amino acids (1-341 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 38.7kDa. PAX9 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. PAX9(Paired box protein Pax-9) belongs to the paired box (PAX) family of transcriptionfactors. Members of PAX9 family typically contain a paired box domain, anoctapeptide, and a paired-type homeodomain. These genes play critical rolesduring fetal development and cancer growth. In addition, PAX9 is vital for thedevelopment of different organs and skeletal elements.
