Product Advantages:
• Efficiency and Convenience: A "ready-to-use" platform; simply import gRNA, operation is simple, editing efficiency is high, saving time and costs.
• High-Throughput Screening: An ideal foundational platform for genome-wide CRISPR screening, used for systematic discovery of functional genes.
• Consistency and Reproducibility: Consistent cell population genetic background, stable Cas9 expression, more reliable experimental results, and more rigorous control settings.
• Functional Scalability: Cell lines expressing dCas9, high-fidelity Cas9, and other variants can be constructed to achieve multiple functions beyond gene knockout (regulation, imaging, etc.).Please contact us at for specific academic pricing.
Background
RAW 264.7 cells are derived from tumors induced by Abelson murine leukemia virus; they are negative for sIg-, Ia-, and Thy-1.2 surface antigens. RAW 264.7 cells do not secrete detectable viral particles and are negative for the XC spot formation assay. RAW 264.7 cells can pinocytose neutral red blood cells and phagocytose latex particles and yeast glycans, and can antibody-dependently break down sheep erythrocytes and tumor target cells. Treatment with LPS or PPD for 2 days induces erythrocyte breakdown in RAW 264.7 cells, but has no effect on tumor target cells.
