Background
RAD51 inhibitor B02 (B02) inhibits human RAD51 with IC50 of 27.4 μM. In vitro, the RAD51 inhibitor B02 specifically inhibits human RAD51 (IC50 = 27.4 μM), but does not inhibit its E. coli homologous RecA (IC50> 250 μM). In vivo, B02 can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect of cisplatin on tumor cells.
