Background
This kit uses the spin column and formula developed by our company, which can efficiently recover high-purity DNA fragments from the PCR system. The purification column can efficiently bind DNA, and is matched with a unique formula reagent to directly remove the primer dimer without gel recovery.
The kit recovers a wide range of DNA fragments. Under normal conditions, DNA fragments as short as 60bp can be recovered. A minimum of 30μL of eluent can be used to increase the concentration of recovered DNA.
The kit is easy to operate and has few steps. It only needs several centrifugation to process multiple samples at the same time, and high-purity recovered DNA fragments can be obtained in 15 minutes.
