Lead zirconate titanate, commonly known as PZT, is a ceramic material with excellent piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties. It is widely used in various applications, such as sensors, actuators, and memory devices. PZT thin films prepared by sputtering have been extensively studied for their use in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), nonvolatile memories, and energy harvesting devices.
