Naïve Tissue

Snap frozen tissue, fresh cells, and frozen serum from naïve mice (no immunization) and control mice (immunized with adjuvant only).

These products are for use as negative controls, for comparison to disease-induced mice. Tissue is time-matched to tissue from diseased mice.

Availability
Snap frozen tissue from naïve mice (no immunization or disease induction).
Hind paw, spleen, and serum samples from DBA/1-F mice, collected at age 8 to 18 weeks.
Hind paw, spleen, and serum samples from DBA/1-M mice, collected at age 8 to 18 weeks.
Spleen and spinal cord samples from C57BL/6 mice, collected at age 8 to 18 weeks.
Spleen and spinal cord samples from SJL mice, collected at age 8 to 18 weeks.

Preparation
Mice 8 to 14 weeks of age are acclimated to our facility for at least 7 days.

Snap frozen tissue products
If serum is included, blood is collected immediately after termination and serum is isolated.

All tissue is snap frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at -80 °C until shipment.
