Molybdenum/Niobium (Mo/Nb) is a metallic alloy system that combines the high melting point and good electrical conductivity of molybdenum with the superconducting properties of niobium. Mo/Nb thin films prepared by sputtering have been studied for their potential in superconducting electronics, such as Josephson junctions and superconducting quantum interference devices (SQUIDs).
