Mogengel Mouse Intestinal Organoid Kit is a complete medium for the establishment and maintenance of mouse intestinal adult stem cell-derived small intestinal organoids. Mouse small intestinal organoids grown in this complete medium are mainly composed of stem cells, intestinal progenitor cells and enterochromaffin cells, PAN cells, cup cells and a small number of enteroendocrine cells. In terms of self-renewal ability, organisation, cell type and function, mouse small intestinal organoids recapitulate the characteristics of the small intestinal epithelium in vivo, and therefore are an ideal in vitro model for the study of intestinal homeostasis and disease mechanisms.
