mini-pHelper-AAVrh.10

mini-pHelper-AAVrh.10 is a compact, optimized plasmid designed to produce AAVrh.10 empty particles or AAVrh.10 vectors. It integrates AAVrh.10 Rep and AAVrh.10 Cap genes into our mini-pHelper-1.0 backbone. Thus, it not only provides adenoviral helper functions (E2A, E4orf6, VA RNA), but also AAV helper functions (Rep and AAVrh.10). When transfected into host cells alone, it facilitates the generation of truly-empty AAVrh.10 particles without any genetic materials inside of capsids. Co-transfection mini-pHelper-AAVrh.10 with pAAVtri-GOI enables high-efficiency production of recombinant AAVrh.10 vectors carrying your gene of interest (GOI).
