mini-pHelper-AAV7

mini-pHelper-AAV7 is a compact, optimized plasmid designed to produce AAV7 empty particles or AAV7 vectors. It integrates AAV7 Rep and AAV7 Cap genes into our mini-pHelper-1.0 backbone. Thus, it not only provides adenoviral helper functions (E2A, E4orf6, VA RNA), but also AAV helper functions (Rep and AAV7). When transfected into host cells alone, it facilitates the generation of truly-empty AAV7 particles without any genetic materials inside of capsids. Co-transfection mini-pHelper-AAV7 with pAAVtri-GOI enables high-efficiency production of recombinant AAV7 vectors carrying your gene of interest (GOI).
