Mag OH series magnetic beads are solid-phase carriers specifically designed for nucleic acid extraction. They possess a large specific surface area and strong magnetic induction intensity. The silanol groups on their surface facilitate rapid and specific binding with nucleic acids in solution under high-salt and low-pH conditions, while preventing the binding of other impurities, this results in a high yield and purity of the extracted nucleic acids.
