Human synapsin 1 promoter confers highly neuron-specific gene expression. Lentiviral vector-human synapsin 1 promoter, Hyg contains Multiple Cloning Sites (MCS) downstream of the human synapsin 1 promoter, and a hygromycin selection marker driven by the PGK promoter. Clone your gene of interest into the MCS, then co-transfect with EZ-LentiPACK Packaging System into packaging cells, such as 293T to produce VSV-G pseudotyped lentivirus. Transduced stable cells can be selected by hygromycin.
