Lentiviral vector-promoterless, luciferase reporter can be used to monitor your promoter activity in vitro and in vivo. Clone your promoter of interest upstream of the firefly luciferase reporter, then co-transfect with EZ-LentiPACK Packaging System into packaging cells, such as 293T to produce VSV-G pseudotyped lentivirus. Transduced stable cells can be selected by puromycin.

· Extremely Low recombination rate
