NACC2 (NACC Family Member 2) functions as a transcriptional repressor through its association with the NuRD complex. NACC2 recruits the NuRD complex to the promoter of MDM2, a ubiquitin ligase, leading to the repression of MDM2 transcription and subsequent stability of p53/TP53.
This lentivirus expresses human NACC2 sgRNA under the control of the U6 promoter, Cas9 nuclease and puromycin under the control of the EF1a promoter.Please contact us at for specific academic pricing.
