ADAM-17 gene encodes a member of the ADAM (a disintegrin and metalloprotease domain) family. Members of this family have been implicated in a variety of biologic processes involving cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions, including fertilization, muscle development, and neurogenesis. ADAM-17 is an important regulator of angiogenesis and the angiogenic switch induced by VEGF.
This lentivirus expresses human ADAM-17 shRNA under the control of the U6 promoter..Please contact us at for specific academic pricing.
