NACC1 (Nucleus accumbens-associated protein 1, BTBD14B, NAC1) is a member of the BTB/POZ protein family, and is involved in several cellular functions in neurons, cancer and stem cells. NACC1 functions as a transcriptional repressor in neuronal cells through recruitment of HDAC3 and HDAC4, and contributes to tumor progression at least in part through repressing transcriptional activity of GADD45GIP1.
This lentivirus expresses human NACC1 sgRNA under the control of the U6 promoter, Cas9 nuclease and puromycin under the control of the EF1a promoter. Please contact us at for specific academic pricing.
