      • Overview
        • K4® Transfection Kit is particularly suitable for hard to transfect cells and allow transfecting all types of nucleic acids. K4® Transfection Kit consisting of K4® Transfection Reagent and the K4® Multiplier Transfection Enhancer.
K4® Transfection Reagent is based on poweful cationic lipids, whereas K4® Multiplier decreases the cell's ability to detect foreign nucleic acids, thereby attenuating the effect of the innate immune system on transfection. It is suitable for gene editing and construction of protein cell expression systems.

          Highlights
·Decreases the cells'ability to detect nucleic acids
·Suitable for transfection/cotransfection of DNA, mRNA, siRNA and miRNA
·Suitable for stable and transient transfection
          ·Free from serum inhibition
·Especially suitable for adherend human cells
·In many cases significantly increased transfection efficiency compared to common reagents
          ·Improved cell viability
