        • The cryopreservation solution product for induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) can achieve good long-term cryopreservation after cryopreservation with this product. After 3 months of cryopreservation at -196°C, the iPSC cell clusters were well attached to the wall after recovery. After 24h, 48h, and 72h of observation, it was found that the clone edge was clear, the interior was dense, and there was no natural differentiation phenomenon overall.
          After 72 hours of recovery, the iPSC stained with alkaline phosphatase showed alkaline phosphatase positive.
          72 hours after recovery, the iPSC expressed OCT3/4, Nanog, TRA-1-60, and SSEA4, proving that the cells maintained a good pluripotency state after recovery, and the proportion of undifferentiated cells was high.
