The serum is separated aseptically from the blood of the fetus, which is allowed to spontaneously clot. The raw serum is stored at -20°C or below until processed by aseptic filtration. The serum is collected from USDA-licensed abbatoirs located within the US. The animals are inspected pre- and post-slaughter by a licensed veterinarian and are certified free of dieseases of clawed animals. The animals used for this material are of US Origin, ensuring that only the highest-quality material is used for the production of the serum. The serum is kept under quarantine in a USDA-approved facility unitl tested and released for sale by the USDA. Material is processed in an FDA-registered facility under cGMP.
