        • InnoMedia® DMEM is a widely used basal medium for supporting the growth of many types of mammalian cells. Cells that have been successfully cultured in DMEM include primary fibroblasts, neurons, glial cells, HUVEC, smooth muscle cells, and cell lines such as HeLa, 293, Cos-7, and PC-12.
          For a wide range of cell culture applications, we offer DMEM modified media in a variety of compositions.
          · Chemical composition determined, no serum, no lipid, no protein, no growth factors, no animal-derived components, no hydrolysates.
          · Does not contain glutamine, calcium chloride or HEPES
