Ham's F12 Nutrient Mixture (F12) is designed for serum-free single-cell spreading of Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells.F12 has been used for serum-free growth of CHO cultures as well as for serum-added growth of other mammalian cells, including chondrocytes and rat prostate epithelial cells.
For a wide range of cell culture applications, we offer a variety of F12 modified media.
