IMAC Bestarose FF (Fast flow) is a metal chelating affinity chromatography resin, which can be widely used to separate and purify proteins and peptides. The principle is that the side chains of histidine, cysteine and tryptophan of protein interact with a variety of transition metal ions such as Cu2+, Zn2+, Ni2+, Co2+, Fe3+, so as to achieve the purpose of separation and purification.
IMAC Bestarose FF is crosslinked by cross-linked agarose and aminotriacetic acid (NTA). It can chelate the four price points of metal ions, making the chelated metal ions more stable, to tolerate higher reducing agents, have good physical and chemical stability, as well as advantages in good specificity and fast flow velocity. Please contact us at for specific academic pricing.
