Derived from infant umbilical cord, P3 generation frozen vascular endothelial cells have the function of maintaining the balance of the vascular environment, and vascular endothelial cells produce and secrete activator and inhibitor of fibrin agglutination and decomposition system. In addition, they regulate the adhesion and aggregation of platelets. Endothelial cells release molecules at the same time, regulate cell proliferation and control the function of vascular wall. It is easy to stain with vWF/Factor VIII and CD-31, and can ingest acetylated low-density lipoprotein. Use IL-1 or TNF- α After pretreatment, E-selectin and VCAM can be selectively expressed.
