        • Human TNF receptor (P55) extracellular domain is produced in genetically engineered Spodoptera frugiperda insect cells (Sf9) infected with recombinant viruses, and purified by sequential chromatography.

          Over 80% pure. Three bands are observed by SDS gel electrophoresis, however, a single band is observed after glycosidase treatment, indicating heterogeneity in the sugar portion of this glycoprotein.

          Storage
          Store at -80°C.
          Activity
          Binding of the ligand TNF was demonstrated by receptor binding competition of binding with radioactive TNF.
