HUMAN TCR RNA MULTIPLEX Kit

The HUMAN TCR RNA MULTIPLEX kit is designed for the amplification of TCRα and TCRβ cDNA libraries using the combination of highly sensitive multiplex PCR and Unique Molecular Identifiers (UMIs). UMIs are introduced along with 1st strand cDNA synthesis and allow for advanced PCR and sequencing error correction, elimination of PCR biases, exact quantification of template cDNA molecules, and accurate normalization of samples for comparison of repertoire diversity metrics.
The kit THRM-001 includes a set of reagents sufficient to prepare 24 TCRα and 24 TCRβ cDNA libraries starting from 24 RNA samples.
The kit THRM-002 includes a set of reagents sufficient to prepare 96 TCRα and 96 TCRβ cDNA libraries starting from 96 RNA samples.
The kit allows to start with RNA derived from 100 to 0.5 million sorted/purified T-cells, from peripheral blood leukocytes, or from T-cells containing tissues (see Appendixes A and B for recommended RNA isolation procedures), and produces indexed ready-tosequence-on-Illumina® libraries. Up to 24/96 samples can be processed in parallel.
