HiPure DNA/RNA/Protein Kit

Hipure DNA / RNA / protein kit is the most rapid and simple method to simultaneously extract DNA, RNA and protein from cultured cells and animal soft tissue samples. This kit adopts column technology which is no need for dangerous phenol chloroform extraction and time-consuming alcohol precipitation in the extraction process. This kit is suitable for simultaneous extraction of RNA, DNA and protein from < 1x 10^7 eukaryotic cultured cells as well as from animal soft tissues less than 20mg such asliver, kidney, spleen and brain. The purified RNA can be directly used in RT-PCR, Northern blot, poly-A + purification, nucleic acid protection, in vitro translation while the obtained DNA can be directly used in PCR and Southern hybridization, the obtained protein can be directly used in SDS-PAGE electrophoresis, western blot and so on.
