Hieff® DNA Bisulfite Conversion Kit combines DNA denaturation and bisulfite conversion into one step, and the conversion can be completed within 3 hours. The in-column desulfurization technology eliminates the cumbersome DNA precipitation step, making the operation process simpler. It can meet the conversion of 500 pg-2 μg samples; the conversion rate of unmethylated cytosine to uracil is ≥99.5%. At the same time, this kit uses a unique DNA protectant component, which greatly guarantees the quality and recovery rate of the converted DNA. The converted product is suitable for downstream applications such as PCR amplification and DNA sequencing.
