HIC Standard for Column Performance

The Hydrophobic Interaction chromatography (HIC) protein standard is designed for day to day use to check HIC column performance. The lyophilized protein mixture can be quickly reconstitution in water without any insoluble particles. The lyophilized product is also more stable for storage and can be shipped at ambient temperature.

The kit consists of 4 different biomolecules with varying surface hydrophobicity. The Standard Mixture contains 3 proteins and 1 amino acid with MW range of 155 to 25,600 Da. The broad range of protein with different hydrophobic coverage allows one to test the performance of HIC column.

A total of two micro-centrifuge tubes are in the package. The product is ready for use after reconstituting in 120 µL of deionized water.
