Our RapidSeq NGS sample library construction kits are compatible with Illumina’s sequencing platform. The small RNA kit has the unique advantage of requiring as little as 100 pg of input RNA. Four sets of kits each with a different set of 12 aligners are available to allow the processing of 48 samples which can be run on a single sequencing run. using purified small RNA or total RNA contains small RNA fragments as input.
