The biobank has collection of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) endoscopy tissue samples, complemented by a diverse selection of fresh-frozen tissues and matching biofluid sets available for research applications.

Accompanying data may include information on tumor type (if applicable), histological grade, TNM stage, as well as donor demographics such as gender, age, and location. Upon request, immunohistochemistry (IHC) testing and molecular mutation analysis can be performed on endoscopic samples to provide further research insights.

· Matching Biofluid Sets: We can also offer matching biofluid sets from the same donor. Our matched sets of blood, bone marrow, or tissue from the same donor can drastically improve your research findings.
