EcoMag™ Protein A/G Magnetic Beads are silica-based superparamagnetic particles covalently conjugated with recombinant protein AG (Purity: ~80%) on the surface. Protein A/G is a fusion protein that combines the antibody binding specificities of both Protein A and Protein G, which makes it more flexible in antibody purification than Protein A or Protein G alone. The Beads are specifically designed, tested and quality controlled for use in quick and efficient one-step purification of IgG of several species from serum samples, ascites fluid,or plasma.
