Conductive Silver-Coated Poly(Methyl Methacrylate) PMMA Microspheres 1.2g/cc-2.3g/cc - 5um to 700um (0.7mm)

Silver Coated Poly(Methyl Methacrylate) microspheres and microparticles with conductive coating are available in sizes between 5um and 750um in free-flowing dry powder form. PMMA cores with conductive silver coating are ideal where some deflection is required while maintaining conductivity and compliance. These particles can be used as conductive spacers in bondline applications. Offers benefits for Ansiotropic Conductive Film (ACF) applications, creating conductivity in one direction. The combination of the thick coating of the silver and the bonding to the compliant deformable polymer sphere offers a durable solution.

Sphericity varies by Product Code:
PMMAMS-AG: These are highly spherical particles. Greater than 95% of particles are spherical.
PMPMS-AG: Also highly spherical grade, with occasional minor agglomeration. Greater than 90% of particles are spherical.
PMPMP-AG: Mostly spherical particles, but also contains agglomerates and tendrils. Smaller sizes are less spherical. Larger sizes are mostly agglomerates.
Coating: ~250nm Ag (Silver)
