The CellMaker Low Flow Controller delivers very low air flow, from 0.06 to 0.25 VVM, for gentle airlift mixing of cells that are more sensitive to shear stress. The results are happier, healthier cells, produced quickly and efficiently.
This system offers pH and dissolved oxygen monitoring and control, as well as temperature control to provide automated optimisation of the culture conditions allowing excellent reproducibility without the labour intensive flask work. With our transparent front panel, you can easily perform visual checks while our system maintains the optimal conditions for your cell culture.
The flexibility of single-use technology allows users to quickly adapt existing bioprocesses, or switch to a new one, without lengthy cleaning procedures. All systems are complete with 21 CFR PART 11 compliant software, accessible through a touchscreen monitor to get your processes running quickly and easily.
The CellMaker Low Flow bioreactor system has been tested for growth and support of recombinant monoclonal antibody production in the CHO and Hybridoma cell lines. Further tests are ongoing with Jurkat cells and suspension plant cells.
