        • Application Description
          Instant TBE Buffer is a nucleic acid electrophoresis buffer commonly used in biological research, mainly used for agarose gel electrophoresis of DNA. TBE has a strong buffering capacity, and has better separation effect when used for electrophoresis of fragments less than 1 kb, and is also suitable for long-term electrophoresis. TBE is not recommended for the recovery of DNA fragments, because it is prone to cause hyperelectroosmosis when used for agarose gels, and the recovery rate of DNA fragments is reduced due to the interaction with agarose to form non-covalently bound tetrahydroxyborate complexes.
